2005
The start
In 2005 we sold our neighbourhood cafe in Dublin 8 & moved north of the Liffey to start a new food adventure in food production unit in Smithfield making beautiful artisan sandwiches & salads
2005 - 2008
The Good days
We were the true darlings of the office catering industry with our beautiful artisan sandwiches offering a wonderful alternative to limp sandwiches served on foil trays which was the norm back then
2013 - 2020
The Wholesale/Retail days
We dipped our toe into the retail sector & pivoted (yes we did it first in 2013!) by turning our corporate offering into a retail Grab & Go range which quickly gained traction in retail outlets all across Dublin
2020 - 2023
The Covid Days
Here we go again! This time it was the retail partners we relied on when the corporate market died during the recession, who disappeared- not all of them, but we were decimated! But we did what we coud to survive we vacpaced a million (only joking but it did feel like a million) gherkins/ cheese slices/ sauce bottles for a customer- we made, bagged & labelled over one tonne of granola for a clients, in an oven that made 6kg at a time! & we survived
2024 onwards
Today!
Having outgrown our small production unit in SPADE before Covid hit, we finally moved to a superb new production unit just 500m's away & have been growing steadily, gaining new clients who love our our food, our ethos & our family way of doing business,
Delivery Information
Areas
We deliver to Dublin 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 6W, 7, 8, 9, and 12. If you're located outside of these areas, please contact us and we'll do our best to get to you!
Cost
There is a minimum order value of €60, and depending on the location and order size, the delivery fee will be between €10 - €20.
Times
All orders must be placed before 12pm the previous day, but the more notice the better! Try to request a catering quote as soon as you can.
